1. Preparations Before Use: Surface Treatment is Critical

Successful bonding begins with a clean, dry, and smooth surface of the material to be bonded. Please ensure:

Thorough cleaning: Use a lint-free cloth dipped in alcohol or a special cleaner to remove surface oil, dust, and moisture.

Ensure dryness: Wait for the cleaned surface to be completely dry.

Surface evaluation: Surfaces that are too rough, powder coated or coated with special coatings may require pre-treatment or a stronger adhesive type.

2. Standardized Operating Procedures: Precise Alignment

Follow the correct steps to ensure a durable and reliable bond:

Crop the tape to the required size and shape: Cut the tape precisely according to actual needs. It is recommended to leave a slightly larger margin than the adhesive area for better results after application.

Remove the release paper: Gently peel off the release paper on the side of the foam double-sided tape (usually the stiffer or labeled side).

Align and paste: Carefully align the exposed adhesive surface to the target position, gently press it in, and press outward from the center to release the air under.

Remove the release paper from the other side: After the first side is securely attached, gently peel off the release paper on the opposite side.

Apply final bonding: Align the second object to be bonded, apply even pressure after alignment, and press back and forth several times to ensure full contact of the adhesive surface. Using a scraper or roller tool to assist with pressure application is recommended for better results.

Static curing: After application, avoid vigorous shaking or weight-bearing for 24 hours to allow the adhesive strength to reach its optimal state over time.
