​Reunion Celebrates Spring Warmth

As the traditional Lantern Festival approaches, our company organized a themed celebration titled "Joyful Lantern Festival, Warmth at Norpie" on March 3, 2026, at the Employee Activity Center. The event aimed to promote China's excellent traditional culture, enrich employees' spiritual and cultural lives, and create a festive and harmonious atmosphere. Company leaders and employees gathered to solve lantern riddles, enjoy tangyuan (glutinous rice balls), and share the joy of the festival together.

The event venue was festooned with lanterns and decorations, radiating a festive atmosphere. Under clusters of crimson lanterns hung over a hundred meticulously prepared riddles, covering traditional culture, daily life, corporate culture, and idioms—all designed to be both entertaining and educational. Employees paused to ponder or exchanged ideas, with laughter and joy filling the air. Soon, the riddles were solved one by one, and attendees eagerly claimed their prizes, their joy evident on their faces.

Under the full moon, bowls brim with tangyuan. The highlight of the event was the 'shared reunion feast.' The company cafeteria had prepared steaming hot tangyuan in advance—sesame or peanut fillings, soft and sweet, radiating warmth. Company leaders personally handed out these symbolic treats to employees, conveying heartfelt holiday wishes. Gathered around, everyone savored the sweet tangyuan while chatting about work and life, deeply feeling the warmth and care from the Norpie family.

This Lantern Festival event not only allowed employees to unwind after a busy workday and experience the unique charm of traditional celebrations, but also strengthened team bonds, further enhancing the team's cohesion and unity.
