I. Substrate Pretreatment Process
Polyester fiber cloth inspection: Test the base material's tensile strength (≥180N/cm in longitudinal direction) and weave density
Heat treatment: The surface slurry is degreased in a high-temperature furnace at 280℃
Impermeation treatment: The bonding strength between fibers and adhesives is enhanced through silane coupling agent immersion tank
2. Adhesive Preparation System
Raw material preparation: Pre-mix rubber-based polymer and tackifier resin in a 5:2 ratio.
Internal mixing process: 45 minutes of mixing in an internal mixer at 110℃
Coating viscosity control: Use a Brookfield viscometer to ensure the adhesive solution viscosity is 8500±500cps
3. Single-sided Coating and Composite Process

Cooling and setting: The tape is set using a three-roll cooling system at 20±5℃
V. Post-Processing Flow
Cutting process: Utilizes a high-precision circular blade cutter with a precision of ±0.15mm
Reel control: Constant tension rewinding system (Tension range 2-5N)
Packaging environment: Packaging is completed in a clean environment with temperature 23±2℃ and humidity 50±5%
