1. Substrate Pretreatment Process
Grid Polyester fiber cloth inspection: Test the base material's tensile strength (≥150N/cm in longitudinal direction) and grid uniformity
Heat treatment: The component undergoes dimensional stabilization in a high-temperature furnace at 250°C
Surface treatment: The bonding strength between the fiber and the adhesive is enhanced by corona treatment
2. Adhesive Preparation System
Raw material preparation: natural rubber and synthetic rubber are mixed in proportion
Internal mixing process: 40 minutes of mixing in an internal mixer at 95℃
Viscosity control: Use a viscometer to ensure the adhesive's viscosity is 7500±500 cps.
3. Single-sided Coating and Composite Process
Precision coating: Utilizes a micro-embossed coating head with a speed of 15-25m/min
Backside lamination: The coated surface is laminated with a PET release film (0.05mm thick) under pressure 0.8-1.0MPa
Drying system: 5-stage oven with temperature gradient set at 60℃/80℃/100℃/85℃/70℃
4. Solidification and Cooling Process
Heat curing: 5 minutes at 95℃
Cooling and setting: The tape is set using a four-roll cooling system at 20±5℃
Online inspection: Real-time visual monitoring of PET backing surface quality
5. Post-processing Flow
Cutting process: Utilizes a high-precision circular blade cutter with ±0.15mm cutting accuracy
Reel control: Constant tension rewinding system (tension range 3-5N)
Packaging process: Packaging is completed in a clean environment with temperature of 23±2℃ and humidity of 50±5%
6. Quality Control System
Each Grid Fiber Tape is tested for initial and sustained adhesion
Perform batch sampling tests for PET backing peel strength (8-12N/25mm)
