Norpie® produces embroidery double-sided adhesive with a specially formulated cotton paper substrate, coated with thermoplastic pressure-sensitive adhesive on both sides. Available in thickness options up to 0.15-0.50mm, the Double Sided Embroidery Tape demonstrates initial adhesion equivalent to No.16 steel ball, with a holding strength lasting over 48 hours. Its exceptional initial adhesion and rapid positioning capabilities are complemented by the cotton paper substrate's excellent breathability and flexibility, while the thermoplastic adhesive ensures fast bonding. The adhesive is suitable for temperatures ranging from-20℃ to 80℃.
